Location: Must be based in Spain, Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, or Colombia

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and identify specific hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking to attract passive talent.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and maintain accurate data within the ATS.

Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end experience in talent sourcing from in-house, agency, or RPO models.
  • Track record of successfully recruiting for Product, Tech, and Business functions.
  • Ability to build pipelines for both active and passive candidates and close offers.
  • Comfort working in a diverse, international startup environment with a global footprint.
  • Capability to collect and analyze data to measure the impact of hiring initiatives.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (both verbal and written)
