What you will do

• Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery.
• Execute the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
• Market qualified candidates to clients to ensure high-quality placements.
• Manage high-touch candidate relationships to maintain engagement and responsiveness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
• Deep expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong skills in candidate relationship management and client-facing activities.
• Knowledge of effective recruitment process methodologies.
• Must be a resident of specific US states (NY, CO, CA, WA, HI, DC, NJ, MD, IL, MA, or OH) for applicable remote opportunities.
