Contract Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing full-lifecycle recruiting for Go-To-Market functions across US business with an accent on sourcing passive candidates from top-tier software companies. Focus on building diverse talent pipelines, collaborating with stakeholders, and executing strategic sourcing campaigns for sales and success roles.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX. Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, including Enterprise & Commercial Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Customer Success & Support.
  • Source, attract, and screen passive candidates from top-tier software companies.
  • Build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipelines for current and future projects.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and stay current with technology industry market trends.
  • Coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders and manage offer negotiations through to close.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies while meeting quarterly hire metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience specifically within software sales.
  • Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Proven ability to devise strategic sourcing campaigns to drive passive candidate engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Slack.
  • Background in both agency and in-house recruiting.
