Contract Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing full-lifecycle recruiting for Go-To-Market functions across US business with an accent on sourcing passive candidates from top-tier software companies. Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX. Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.

What you will do
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, including Enterprise & Commercial Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Customer Success & Support.
- Source, attract, and screen passive candidates from top-tier software companies.
- Build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipelines for current and future projects.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and stay current with technology industry market trends.
- Coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders and manage offer negotiations through to close.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies while meeting quarterly hire metrics.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience specifically within software sales.
- Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Proven ability to devise strategic sourcing campaigns to drive passive candidate engagement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
