What you will do

  • Lead 6 managers and their teams across recruitment, sourcing, Employer Brand, and Operations.
  • Align hiring priorities with business targets and translate TA data into executive-level insights for the CEO.
  • Review and enhance the recruitment lifecycle using process improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive team, Legal, and People Operations to support strategic global expansion.
  • Advocate for an inclusive and fair candidate experience.
  • Own measurable outcomes, including time to hire, productivity, and adoption of AI tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership with essential 2nd-line management experience.
  • Proven history of guiding companies through rapid scaling.
  • Experience diagnosing process inefficiencies and implementing hiring technology (ATS, sourcing tools).
  • Expert-level candidate assessment and selection skills.
  • English: C1+ fluency required.
  • Location: Must be based in Europe.

  • Certification in a related field such as HCI, SHRM, or CIPD.
