What you will do
- Design and manage a global compensation strategy, including job architecture, salary bands, and variable incentive pay.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to design and maintain performance-driven commission plans.
- Build and scale benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness) across the U.S., LATAM, and EMEA regions.
- Administer equity programs, managing grant planning and cap table coordination with Legal and Finance.
- Develop people analytics dashboards to provide visibility into pay equity, gender parity, and headcount costs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO, CFO, and board on compensation narratives and strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Meaningful experience working within a startup or high-growth environment (Series B, C or equivalent).
- Proven track record of building global compensation or benefits programs from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with equity program administration (option grants, RSUs).
- Strong analytical skills for building complex compensation models and executive reporting.
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred to support LATAM teams.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in identity verification, cybersecurity, or KYC/AML sectors.
- Consulting background in total rewards or executive compensation.
- MBA or advanced degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- CCP or CEBS certification.
