Salary: $300,000 - $320,000 USD

What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives across Enterprise and Digital Native segments.
- Define and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy, including territory structure and competitive positioning.
- Develop a regional sales playbook tailored to EMEA buyer dynamics and outbound motions.
- Own EMEA revenue targets and provide rigorous, data-driven forecasting to leadership.
- Partner with Technical Solutions and Product teams to ensure effective POCs and inform the product roadmap.
- Establish and support key channel and technology partnerships within the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in London, UK
- 4+ years of sales management experience scaling B2B SaaS teams in EMEA.
- 4+ years as an individual contributor in a technical sales role.
- Deep expertise in EMEA market dynamics, business culture, and legal considerations.
- Proven track record of building teams from an early stage in a high-growth startup environment.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI infrastructure, developer tools, or data platforms to technical personas.
- Established relationships with EMEA-based channel partners or system integrators.
- Strong command of AI tools to increase team productivity.
