Solutions Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Poland; in-person meetings take place in the EMEA headquarters twice a year and regularly within the region.

What you will do

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and qualify solution fit for prospects.
• Set up and run in-platform trials, provide coaching, answer technical questions, and identify blockers.
• Lead kick-offs, onboarding, month-one and month-two check-ins, and light-touch integration guidance.
• Deliver webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps to drive adoption across customers.
• Support migration to the hirify.global One Core platform and create repeatable enablement and self-service resources.
• Partner with sales, customer operations, product, content, and engineering teams while representing customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a technical customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Ability to manage high-volume, repeatable customer engagements within tight time limits.
• Confident presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including webinars and bootcamps.
• Ability to qualify and prioritize quickly and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong IT fundamentals covering hardware and software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering onboarding, enablement, or one-to-many sessions at scale.
• Familiarity with product-led growth or digitally led customer motions.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM, and public cloud environments.
