What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
- Provide expert technical guidance on implementation, troubleshooting, and product operation.
- Develop and deliver technical training and product demonstrations to customers.
- Monitor account health, usage metrics, and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Oversee technical project delivery, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong technical background in software, cloud services, or IT infrastructure.
- Ability to build custom workers using SDKs and guide customers on DR & multi-cluster architecture.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues under pressure.
