What you will do

• Gain a deep understanding of hirify.global' platform, architecture, and capabilities to act as a subject matter expert.
• Partner with sales representatives to engage with prospects, assess their needs, and provide tailored demonstrations of hirify.global solutions.
• Lead compelling presentations, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to showcase the value of hirify.global to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design effective solutions leveraging hirify.global' platform.
• Partner with sales executives, marketing and product teams to own the timely completion of hirify.global’ winning response to customer RFIs and RFPs
• Act as a voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
• Experience with orchestration tools, workflow engines, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Workflow development and APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Prior experience working with open-source software or communities.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system integrations.
