What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to strategize, plan, and deliver technical wins throughout the pre-sales process.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and articulate how solutions can solve them.
- Develop and present complex product demonstrations and technical architectures to C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
- Manage technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFPs, design documentation, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) execution.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Engineering community by sharing knowledge and creating reusable demo assets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role within the CPaaS or Telecom space.
- Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations, or messaging APIs.
- Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Spain.
- Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs and knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to write code in backend languages (Java, C#, Node, Python, or PHP) or frontend frameworks (JS, React).
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with Mobile development (iOS, Android), WebRTC, or Contact Centre technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and automation tools.
- Knowledge of formal sales methodologies.
- Ability to speak additional languages.
