What you will do
- Scale the engineering organization from 40 to 80+ people while preserving high velocity and code quality.
- Design and implement a lightweight operating system for planning, sprint structure, and decision-making.
- Build technical leadership by defining growth paths and establishing proactive coordination rhythms.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to improve team focus and delivery speed.
- Own delivery on major cross-team initiatives, managing dependencies and escalating risks.
- Maintain hands-on technical credibility by spending ~35% of time on code reviews, architecture, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling an engineering organization up to 100 people.
- Deep hands-on technical depth in architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience building and executing operating systems for large organizations.
- Track record of managing complex cross-functional programs with 4+ teams.
- Ability to work exceptionally well with founders and hands-on leadership.
- English proficiency: C1+ required.

- Experience with security or supply chain security.
- Background in infrastructure security.
