TL;DR

SW Engineering Manager (Security & UI): Leading the Software Security Group and UI Platform Engineering to advance product security posture and accelerate UI modernization with an accent on vulnerability management and AI-assisted SDLC. Focus on migrating legacy AngularJS to modern Angular and implementing agentic AI workflows for triage and development.

Location: Hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic (minimum 3 days at the office)

What you will do

  • Lead the Software Security Group (SSG) focusing on product security, vulnerability management, and adherence to security KPIs.
  • Oversee the triage, exploit validation, and remediation of internally and externally reported vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and drive an agentic, AI-driven approach to accelerate vulnerability analysis and triage workflows.
  • Lead UI Platform Engineering to migrate legacy AngularJS-based interfaces to modern Angular-based dashboards.
  • Establish scalable, reusable UI frameworks and drive improvements in performance, reliability, and load times.
  • Partner with the CISO, product management, and engineering leaders to translate strategy into technical roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background as a former or hands-on software engineer.
  • Passion for agentic development and AI-assisted SDLC.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic.
  • Experience in leadership is considered a benefit.
