Salary: $285,000 – $425,000 USD (USA) / $265,000 – $398,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do
- Lead post-acquisition technical integration strategy in partnership with executive leadership and Corporate Development.
- Drive organizational transformation, including architecture consolidation, identity systems, and infrastructure modernization.
- Establish repeatable integration frameworks, tooling, and governance to minimize customer disruption.
- Ensure acquired systems meet strict standards for security, reliability, observability, and scalability.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing engineering leaders.
- Shape long-term platform strategy to reduce duplication and improve developer velocity.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading large engineering organizations through significant platform or organizational transformation.
- Proven track record in large-scale integration, modernization, or post-merger integration (PMI) efforts.
- Experience operating in high-growth SaaS organizations with multiple product lines.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience moving monoliths to API-first, cloud-native services.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
