What you will do

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy for PE and VC firms to expand presence in their portfolios.
  • Recruit new partners and build long-term, value-driven relationships.
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships, ensuring success across portfolio accounts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and PE/VC stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build tailored go-to-market programs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working within a Private Equity or Venture Capital firm, or managing partnerships with them in a SaaS/tech context.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or investment relations.
  • Strong understanding of investment models, portfolio structures, and value creation in PE/VC-backed companies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
  • Highly organized, strategic, and capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the SaaS, Revenue Operations, or B2B software industries.
  • Established network within the Private Equity and Venture Capital ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with CRM and revenue technologies like Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ, or CLM solutions.
