What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing for SMB and mid-market restaurant accounts nationwide.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline through outbound calls, emails, social media, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify the operational, financial, and technology requirements of potential clients.
  • Deliver outcome-focused demonstrations of POS, payment systems, and AI capabilities.
  • Build business cases and manage pricing, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Maintain precise activity tracking and pipeline data within HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Tampa, FL.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS or the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in an inside sales environment.
  • Experience selling to SMBs; background in restaurant or hospitality tech is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and experience following a structured sales process.
