What you will do

  • Own and close net-new business end-to-end.
  • Prospect into target accounts and manage inbound leads to build a robust pipeline.
  • Run tailored product evaluations and demos connecting hirify.global's capabilities to prospect workflows and pain points.
  • Lead consultative discovery to help prospects identify the possibilities of hirify.global.
  • Build business cases that win budget and secure internal champions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to shape solutions and stay updated on product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a closing role (AE or sales leader) with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience closing new-logo deals in the $50K-$100K range with multiple stakeholders.
  • High business IQ with the ability to quickly analyze a prospect's GTM motion and identify value creation.
  • Experience with a formal, structured sales methodology.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
