What you will do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
- Support the development and execution of account plans aligned with customer objectives and internal growth goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, helping them apply product capabilities to meet their business goals.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and drive account expansion in partnership with Sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor account health through data and feedback to proactively address risks and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise customers in a SaaS or marketing tech environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for building trust with business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics to extract insights and inform strategy.
- Startup-ready mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI-driven marketing platforms or Martech stacks.
- Experience with digital media solutions.
