What you will do

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels including paid search and LinkedIn.
  • Partner with the SDR team to drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-value accounts.
  • Test, measure, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Plan and execute in-person events such as trade shows and industry conferences to maximize ROI.
  • Own pipeline goals and ensure marketing-driven leads contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, resonant campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in a VC-backed startup.
  • Expertise in paid search and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Deep understanding of ABM strategies, including account selection and sales alignment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance reporting.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing within developer-focused or enterprise technology markets.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, 6Sense, and other Martech tools.
  • Experience executing campaigns without agency support.
