hirify.global is building an OpenTelemetry-native, AI-centric observability platform designed to eliminate vendor lock-in and operational toil.

What you will do

  • Own the demand generation strategy across paid channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Reddit.
  • Manage and hold the paid marketing agency accountable for performance and pipeline goals.
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline for inbound and outbound motions.
  • Improve landing pages, CTAs, and conversion flows to maximize lead quality.
  • Own reporting and analytics for CAC, CPL, and ROI to guide budget reallocation.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Product Marketing to align campaigns with target segments.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation or paid marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and budgets on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience managing external agency relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills for calculating CAC/LTV and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to developers, SREs, or platform engineering personas.
  • Familiarity with the observability or cloud-native ecosystem (OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes).
  • Experience using BI tools like Hex or Looker for self-serve reporting.
  • Experience working in high-growth, venture-backed startup environments.
