Technical Program Manager (SaaS)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base + equity

What you will do

• Scope and deliver complex programs spanning engineering, security, and compliance domains.
• Build and maintain frameworks to plan, track, and report on multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage stakeholders including individual contributors, managers, and the founding team.
• Drive projects through the full lifecycle, including documentation, analytics, and feature delivery.
• Leverage technical background to understand the impact of decisions on a highly technical customer base.
• Identify and initiate new programs to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Technical Program Management.
• Prior software engineering experience.
• Experience with backend services delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects from development to customer launch.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
