What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of cross-functional robotics projects and track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain technical documentation, status updates, and meeting notes for engineering and partner teams.
• Support the planning and kickoff of new workstreams, defining scope and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve blockers across hardware, software, AI, and integration partners.
• Optimize project intake and prioritization processes as the robotics portfolio scales.
• Provide decision-ready program status summaries to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or technical operations.
• Experience working on advanced robotics programs (autonomous systems, manipulation, or mobile robotics).
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel projects on schedule.
• Strong technical communication skills for creating documentation and reports.
• Must be based in Cambridge, MA, USA.
