What you will do

• Own the deployment outcome and drive revenue growth for customers through AI agent implementation.
• Build and refine agents across the full sales action set, including prospecting, email outreach, and call preparation.
• Automate nuanced SDR workflows that learn and calibrate trust with users over time.
• Embed directly with customers via shared Slack channels and regular calls to gather feedback.
• Ship rapid improvements to agent prompts and tools based on specific user needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally as a founding or forward-deployed engineer.
• Production experience with AI agents and shipping prompt or tool changes.
• High agency and ability to own outcomes without a clear playbook.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between sales teams, engineering, and leadership.
• Must be based in San Francisco and available for in-office work 3+ days per week.
