What you will do

• Own customer deployments from discovery to go-live, including solution design, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs, RAG, structured evaluation rubrics, and agentic automation.
• Build and maintain complex integrations with ATS, HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise application environments.
• Act as the voice of the customer to identify repeatable patterns and turn them into reusable product features.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, API failures, and data mapping problems in diverse customer environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or forward deployed roles.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integrating production systems via REST APIs, OAuth, and SSO.
• Deep understanding of GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to coordinate with enterprise IT and security teams regarding data privacy and deployment requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Reston, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR Tech, recruiting technology, or workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) or search systems (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience working at an early-stage startup.
