What you will do

• Design and build scalable APIs and systems for agentic healthcare workflows.
• Orchestrate AI models and prompt engineering to drive automated case resolution.

• Collaborate with product and domain experts to translate healthcare processes into automations.
• Shape technical strategy and mentor engineering team members.

Requirements

• 9+ years of backend engineering experience with production systems at scale.
• Deep curiosity about AI, including agent orchestration and model evaluation.
• Strong expertise in designing pragmatic, scalable technical solutions.
• Ability to thrive in high-autonomy, fast-moving startup environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
