Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Deploy and maintain on-prem and VPC instances of AI systems under complex enterprise constraints.
• Develop tooling to automate and improve the reliability of deployment pipelines.
• Create diagnostics, dashboards, and evaluation harnesses to track performance across different environments.
• Author internal documentation and deployment playbooks for repeatable enterprise success.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to resolve usability gaps and identify high-impact improvements.
• Work directly with founders and customers to influence product direction and engineering strategy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in our San Francisco office
• 3–6 years of experience deploying software in production settings, preferably with enterprise clients.
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, and infrastructure automation.
• Deep technical comfort with Kubernetes.
• High agency and a quantitative approach to experimentation and debugging.

• Prior experience founding a startup or working at early-stage companies.
