What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end evaluation systems to measure agent performance.
• Experiment with multi-agent systems, reasoning-from-feedback, and agentic workflows.
• Develop lightweight tools and orchestration layers like MCP servers for production readiness.
• Stay current with AI research and apply emerging LLM techniques to production experiments.
• Collaborate with an elite team to build scalable and reliable AI agentic solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Proven ability to effectively prompt and communicate with LLMs.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated drive, grit, and strong ownership of products.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Background working on 0-1 product development.
