Location: Hybrid in San Francisco
Salary: $125,000 – $200,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage the full customer journey, including kickoff, adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key business stakeholders to understand their objectives.
- Act as a product expert, educating customers on best usage to maximize the value of the platform.
- Champion customer needs internally and leverage insights to influence the product roadmap.
- Develop and present periodic value reviews to customer leadership.
- Solve customer challenges by effectively communicating the specific benefits and best practices of the tool.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Technical competency to build relationships with software development practitioners.
- Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message.
- Ability to establish trust and communicate effectively at the CxO level.
- Familiarity with modern development ecosystems, including Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and IDEs like VS Code or Cursor.
- Business fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers.
- Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid work.

- Experience with code review processes and AI/OSS technologies.
- Background working in early-stage, high-growth, VC-backed startups.
- Familiarity with Git providers like Bitbucket, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with major cloud providers and cloud-native technologies.
- Knowledge of observability, RCA, and debugging practices.
