TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco

Salary: $125,000 – $200,000 OTE

hirify.global is an AI Code Review platform that combines Generative AI models with static analysis to automate and improve the software development lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Manage the full customer journey, including kickoff, adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key business stakeholders to understand their objectives.
  • Act as a product expert, educating customers on best usage to maximize the value of the platform.
  • Champion customer needs internally and leverage insights to influence the product roadmap.
  • Develop and present periodic value reviews to customer leadership.
  • Solve customer challenges by effectively communicating the specific benefits and best practices of the tool.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Technical competency to build relationships with software development practitioners.
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message.
  • Ability to establish trust and communicate effectively at the CxO level.
  • Familiarity with modern development ecosystems, including Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and IDEs like VS Code or Cursor.
  • Business fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with code review processes and AI/OSS technologies.
  • Background working in early-stage, high-growth, VC-backed startups.
  • Familiarity with Git providers like Bitbucket, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with major cloud providers and cloud-native technologies.
  • Knowledge of observability, RCA, and debugging practices.
