What you will do

  • Execute day-to-day demand gen programs across sponsorships, paid campaigns, and vendor channels.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Tailor messaging and channel selection for verticalized campaigns across specific industries and buyer segments.
  • Research and recommend new channels and sponsorship opportunities for testing.
  • Support regional execution and localization in Europe and APAC.
  • Collaborate with marketing ops on lifecycle and nurture programs to drive business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or paid media.
  • Hands-on experience managing media sponsorships and paid advertising programs across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to organize budgets and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or HockeyStack.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Curiosity and willingness to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Common Room, or 6sense.
  • Proficiency in program management tools like Asana.
  • Background in vendor negotiation and media buying.
  • Experience in B2C marketing or non-traditional B2B playbooks.
