Salary: $120,000 – $165,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Scale key non-paid channels, including email, webinars, and direct mail, to engage enterprise accounts.
- Execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns tailored to the Enterprise segment and aligned with sales priorities.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance using data to improve pipeline generation efficiency.
- Develop intent- and interest-based programs in partnership with Sales to progress high-value accounts.
- Collaborate with content marketing to activate targeted content that resonates with enterprise buyers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure funnel alignment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic account segments in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven campaign strategies.
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams on pipeline initiatives.
- Experience operating in high-growth or scaling startup environments.
