Salary: $260,000 - $330,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO on capital allocation, pricing strategy, and investor relations.
• Own core SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead FP&A, annual planning, and financial modeling to support growth and fundraising.
• Reshape finance operations by implementing AI-driven workflows and managing the finance tech stack.
• Oversee global financial operations, including treasury, tax compliance, and revenue recognition.
• Mentor and scale the finance team while maintaining full P&L accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a VP of Finance in a high-tech or startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration; CPA certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading and developing finance teams in a scaling organization.
• Strong operational background with a hands-on approach to process and AI-driven tools.
• Deep understanding of US regulatory frameworks and international tax laws.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive and board level.

• Master’s degree (MBA) or advanced relevant degree.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar advanced ERP systems.
• Prior experience overseeing corporate legal operations.
• Background in the Cybersecurity industry.
