What you will do

• Build and lead a commission-only sales network of independent partners, driving accountability and performance.
• Transform new self-employed consultants into high-output revenue engines, focusing on the first 90 days.
• Conduct live field coaching on merchant calls and run weekly performance reviews.
• Analyze regional data to uncover growth opportunities and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to enhance hirify.global's tools and resources.
• Organize monthly in-person sessions to foster a strong team culture across the territory.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally within payments, fintech, or software.
• Experience coaching and scaling field-based or partner-led sales channels.
• Strong ability to develop salespeople from activation to high performance.
• Commercial literacy and comfort with performance data and unit economics.
• Must be a car owner/driver willing to spend at least 50% of time in the field.
• Process-disciplined approach to building scalable frameworks.
