What you will do
- Own the end-to-end professional services sales cycle for enterprise-level clients.
- Partner with account executives to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Lead pre-sales workshops focused on strategy, discovery, and business assessment.
- Craft custom proposals and negotiate complex Statements of Work (SOW).
- Advise senior leadership on business cases for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence strategy for strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional services sales experience in technology or consulting.
- Proven track record in pre-sales and selling sizable service engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large transformational engagements using disruptive technologies.
- Experience in contract and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop tailored solutions for complex business requirements.
Nice to have
- Background in growth-stage software companies or the payments industry.
- Deep understanding of the buyer journey for SaaS products.
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and data science teams.
- Familiarity with APIs and their role in digital solutions.
