TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation: $100k to $130k base salary, on a 70/30 sales split plan

What you will do

  • Drive partner-led demand and pipeline velocity to increase overall license revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute cross-functional plans to grow the upper and mid-funnel across the partner portfolio.
  • Manage existing and new partners through agreed business plans and ensure delivery quality via training and development.
  • Coordinate with partner marketing to run top and mid-funnel partner events to generate demand.
  • Lead regional partner strategy and execution aligned with strategic sales GTM, including onboarding new partner types.
  • Conduct monthly pipeline reviews and proactively move partner-initiated deals through the funnel to sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of Partner/Alliance experience in SaaS Enterprise Software organizations.
  • Experience in the MarTech industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and sales process experience for pipeline analysis and forecasting.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically across all levels of internal and partner organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence partners.
  • Must be based in the United States
