What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including implementation and configuration.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, answering technical questions and leading sessions.
- Configure software solutions to meet specific client business requirements.
- Manage complex integrations between the platform and existing client tech stacks.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality technical guidance and support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a highly technical, customer-facing SaaS role.
- 3+ years of proven experience implementing software or SaaS platforms.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, or Dynamics).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mindset.
- Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP and Billing tools and systems.
