What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB partners throughout the implementation process.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects while providing high-level and detailed consulting.
  • Conduct partner needs assessments and explain product functionality in relation to business goals.
  • Define product specifications for partner and end-user installations.
  • Monitor partner software adoption and help scope professional services engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Tech Support, Partner Success, and Sales to elevate partner experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Medellin, Colombia
  • 3+ years of experience managing technology implementations utilizing software tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA, and RMM software markets.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and patch management best practices.
  • Experience with routing, switching, firewall technologies, and virtualization solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience in presentation tools.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of MSP experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and Power BI reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
