Salary: $90,000–$110,000

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities to meet annual revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic reviews.
- Oversee technical setup processes post-onboarding and manage client off-ramping.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Manage client Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requests and maintain accurate account health records.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 certifications required
- In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry, custody, and trading platforms
- Proven experience in finance or trading firms with an understanding of fund structures
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers
- Fluency in English required
Nice to have
- Experience with project management principles
- Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Proficiency in additional European languages
