TL;DR

Salary: $90,000–$110,000

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients to ensure exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities to meet annual revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic reviews.
  • Oversee technical setup processes post-onboarding and manage client off-ramping.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage client Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requests and maintain accurate account health records.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 certifications required
  • In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry, custody, and trading platforms
  • Proven experience in finance or trading firms with an understanding of fund structures
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers
  • Fluency in English required

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management principles
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Proficiency in additional European languages
