Senior Product UX Designer (Fintech/B2B SaaS)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our platform and create intuitive, elegant experiences for businesses managing critical financial operations. This is an opportunity to work on complex fintech products where great design directly impacts customer success and business growth.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end user experience across key product areas, from discovery and ideation through delivery and optimization.
Design intuitive workflows for complex financial and operational processes, simplifying sophisticated B2B use cases into seamless user experiences.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate product vision and functionality.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
Establish and evolve scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across the platform.
Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve product experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related roles.
3+ years designing B2B SaaS products with complex workflows and multi-user environments.
Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking processes.
Experience leading design initiatives from concept to launch.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
B2 English
Experience working in fintech, payments, lending, banking, accounting software, or other financial technology products.
Deep understanding of financial workflows, business operations, or capital management solutions.
Experience designing data-rich dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automation systems.
Familiarity with compliance, security, and trust considerations in financial products.
Experience working in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.
