What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation strategy and delivery framework to ensure customer success.
• Build and manage a high-performing support organization by defining SLAs, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Design and execute partner onboarding and certification frameworks to scale deployment capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and individual contributors across multiple operational functions.
• Establish structured feedback loops between customer-facing teams and Product/Engineering.
• Drive resource planning and capacity forecasting to support rapid company growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
• 5+ years leading and scaling teams in implementation, consulting, or operations.
• Direct experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment, Workday FP&A) is mandatory.
• Background in top-tier consulting firms (Big 4 or similar).
• Experience working with Office of the CFO stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, Series B environment.
