What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end GTM technology strategy (CRM, Marketing, CPQ, AI) and maintain platform reliability and data quality.
  • Lead and stabilize the Salesforce migration for Sales, CS, and Care teams with measurable SLAs.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, HubSpot, and the Data Warehouse (DWH).
  • Implement AI-powered automation to remove manual workflows and improve speed and insight.
  • Build a high-performing GTM systems team and a Center of Excellence.
  • Manage senior vendor partnerships with a focus on ROI, SLAs, and TCO evaluation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading GTM/business systems in scaled SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering large, multi-country CRM or Service transformations.
  • Hands-on ownership of Salesforce Sales & Service and GTM Systems Center of Excellence.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered automations in real GTM workflows.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and proven Salesforce-HubSpot integrations.
  • Strong foundations in APIs, iPaaS, data quality, and observability.
