What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend systems and microservices using FastAPI.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI models with robust error handling and retry strategies.
• Develop and orchestrate complex LLM workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Implement RAG architectures including retrieval, reranking, and context assembly.
• Build observability frameworks for LLMs to monitor latency, cost, and token usage.
• Design multi-tenant architectures ensuring strict data isolation and security.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil or Argentina
• 7+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning and production LLM systems.
• 3+ years of experience building backend APIs with FastAPI and async patterns.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face and LangChain.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Big Data systems and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Familiarity with Langfuse for LLM observability.
