What you will do

• Design and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern LLM frameworks.
• Develop agentic workflows for business functions including Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Build production-ready applications utilizing RAG pipelines, tool calling, and memory systems.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems.
• Implement observability, guardrails, and evaluation pipelines for production AI applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI applications into production environments.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning and model optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
