What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain agentic AI pipelines for automation and workflow intelligence.
• Experiment with prompt engineering, context tuning, and model orchestration to improve system performance.
• Utilize vector databases and RAG frameworks to enhance contextual intelligence.
• Integrate AI systems into real-world applications through collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Iterate on models through experimentation and data feedback loops.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Python, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
• Professional experience with prompt engineering, context optimization, and AI pipeline design.
• Ability to build fast prototypes and test model behavior in complex, varied environments.
• Pragmatic approach to turning technical uncertainty into functional, production-ready systems.
• English proficiency required for collaboration in a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI into desktop or web applications.
• Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI API, or equivalent AI frameworks.
• Background in workflow optimization or enterprise automation systems.
