What you will do

• Design and develop tools to expose AI/ML capabilities to autonomous agents for complex homebuilding use-cases.
• Integrate research outputs into the product as maintainable packages and components within a large codebase.
• Develop end-to-end capabilities across the Python ML service layer and TypeScript/React product via API.
• Build frameworks for the rapid evaluation, iteration, and promotion of prototypes to full production.
• Collaborate with research teams to convert experimental notebooks and RAG pipelines into deployable code.
• Participate in customer-facing labs to validate prototypes using direct user feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience integrating ML/AI capabilities into production products.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, and API design.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, HuggingFace, and modern frontend frameworks like Next.js.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for full-time employment and benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, AEC, or other physical-world domains with unstructured data.
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI.
