What you will do

• Source and qualify new asset listings for Aave v3 and v4 across active and target networks.
• Identify new chain deployment opportunities by evaluating ecosystem fit, TVL potential, and competitive dynamics.
• Lead commercial negotiations with asset issuers and chain foundations for listings and incentive packages.
• Manage the BD pipeline from initial contact through to signed agreements and execution handoff.
• Represent Aave Growth at ecosystem events, summits, and bilateral meetings.

Requirements

• Proven track record in BD or partnerships within DeFi, preferably on both protocol and foundation sides.
• Strong existing network among chain foundations, asset issuers, and ecosystem funds.
• Solid understanding of DeFi lending mechanics, token incentive structures, and governance processes.
• Ability to independently build and present clear commercial proposals.
• Comfortable operating in async, on-chain-native environments.
