TL;DR
Revenue Operations Leader (Web3): Designing and operating the revenue engine to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance with an accent on GTM systems and data infrastructure. Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco
Compensation: $175K – $220K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Own and evolve the end-to-end revenue operating system, including pipeline management, forecasting, and territory design.
- Build and maintain a best-in-class GTM tech stack using Salesforce and various enrichment and analytics tools.
- Design and optimize core sales processes from lead routing and qualification to deal progression to increase velocity.
- Establish forecasting frameworks, reporting, and inspection cadences for leadership.
- Analyze funnel performance across the customer journey to identify bottlenecks and expansion opportunities.
- Lead compensation planning, incentive design, and account segmentation to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Operations at a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure company.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels, forecasting methodologies, and pipeline mechanics.
- Strong systems expertise in Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes that improve revenue outcomes.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
- Must be based in New York or San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience in web3, developer tools, or infrastructure companies.
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools like Pocus, Clay, dbt, or Looker.
- Experience supporting global sales teams.
- Background in compensation design and territory modeling.
