What you will do
- Drive trading volume market share gains for crypto-native firms, including protocols, VCs, and buy-side firms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global markets across multiple client segments.
- Establish sales methodologies and operational processes to improve the company's go-to-market posture.
- Inform GTM strategy, marketing, and client experience using market insights and customer feedback.
- Lead product-specific campaigns, curated content, and teach-ins to drive new business.
- Collaborate with legal, product, and compliance departments to effectively close institutional deals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales.
- Minimum 2+ years of direct experience within the crypto industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, specifically staking and governance.
- An established network of institutional clients and peers active in the digital assets industry.
- Mandatory ability to complete an in-person onboarding process for identity verification and IT setup.
