What you will do

  • Drive trading volume market share gains for crypto-native firms, including protocols, VCs, and buy-side firms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global markets across multiple client segments.
  • Establish sales methodologies and operational processes to improve the company's go-to-market posture.
  • Inform GTM strategy, marketing, and client experience using market insights and customer feedback.
  • Lead product-specific campaigns, curated content, and teach-ins to drive new business.
  • Collaborate with legal, product, and compliance departments to effectively close institutional deals.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales.
  • Minimum 2+ years of direct experience within the crypto industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, specifically staking and governance.
  • An established network of institutional clients and peers active in the digital assets industry.
  • Mandatory ability to complete an in-person onboarding process for identity verification and IT setup.
