What you will do

• Develop and lead the enterprise HR technology roadmap aligned with business and People strategy.
• Establish global HRIS governance standards including system configuration, workflows, and data governance.
• Drive HR systems standardization, simplification, and post-merger consolidation initiatives.
• Lead the optimization of SuccessFactors and oversee integrations with ServiceNow, Payroll, and Benefits platforms.
• Identify and implement automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance employee and manager experience.
• Lead and develop a global HRIS organization including managers, analysts, and project resources.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise HR systems leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central and additional modules.
• Experience leading large-scale HR technology transformations and post-merger integrations.
• Experience leading global or multi-country HR technology environments.
• Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integrations, data governance, and analytics.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
