What you will do

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful client implementations.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into SaaS solution configurations and capabilities.
• Manage the end-to-end UAT process, including defining scenarios, triaging issues, and coordinating execution.
• Analyze customer workflows to identify gaps and recommend process improvements aligned with SaaS capabilities.
• Create product documentation, user guides, and lead training sessions for end-users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage Servicing (e.g., loan boarding, escrow, loss mitigation, or compliance).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, development, project management, or testing.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage servicing regulatory climates and their impact on lending.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and the full PDLC process.
• Proven experience working with both on-shore and off-shore teams.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of software industry experience, preferably with large enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Claims or Invoice solutions and processes.
• Expertise in loan data and servicing conversions.
• Experience working with content management systems.
