Salary: $128,000 – $160,000 Yearly

What you will do
- Lead creative development for animated long-form and short-form projects across TV, streaming, and YouTube.
- Drive story and franchise development in collaboration with writers, producers, and showrunners.
- Provide strategic creative leadership and feedback on pitches, scripts, visual development, and final edits.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and Consumer Products teams to ensure cohesive franchise building.
- Manage relationships with external production studios, agents, and creative talent.
- Oversee concurrent production pipelines to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in animation, television, streaming, or digital content development and production.
- Proven track record of managing creative projects from development through delivery.
- Strong understanding of storytelling fundamentals for kids and preschool audiences.
- Ability to lead creative discussions and influence decision-making.
- Experience working with franchise-driven or brand-based entertainment content.
- Location: Must be based in El Segundo, California
Nice to have
- Experience overseeing both long-form and short-form animated content.
- Existing relationships within the animation and kids entertainment creative community.
- Experience collaborating on global franchise and brand initiatives.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation storytelling skills.
