What you will do

• Own content production and editing from concept through delivery for social, digital, and broadcast platforms.
• Edit direct-response ads tailored to specific user personas to drive engagement and conversion.
• Produce platform-native content for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with the creative team on ideation, storyboarding, and concept development.
• Iterate rapidly on creative assets based on performance data and channel-specific insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized asset libraries.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY, Washington D.C., San Francisco, CA, or Detroit, MI.
• 2–3 years of experience producing and editing professional-grade content with a strong social-first portfolio.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Deep understanding of direct-response principles and how creative decisions impact conversion.
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to craft narratives that inform and entertain.
• Ability to envision and edit multiple visual scenarios from raw video assets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience growing or managing a brand's organic social presence.
• Stylistic flexibility and ability to adapt to various formats and genres.
